Our lauded on-site restaurant here at the Inn at Hastings Park, Town Meeting Bistro, will be hosting a Mother’s Day Brunch starting at 10 AM on Sunday, May 12th. It’s the perfect idea for marking the holiday in really extra-special fashion!
The brunch will include some utterly scrumptious à la carte entrées, from Strawberry Pancakes and Eggs Benedict to Pan-Seared Arctic Char with Asparagus, Poached Eggs, and Hollandaise. We’ll also be tantalizing guests with a diverse appetizer and dessert buffet, featuring such delights as French Macarons, Rose Madeleines, Cinnamon Babka, Shrimp Cocktail, Tiramisu, and salads, plus much more.
Naturally, the Town Meeting Bistro Mother’s Day Brunch will have mimosas on hand for toasting the superstar in question. And the Wilson Farm Flower Cart will be part of the proceedings, all set for preparing the perfect, custom bouquet for Mom.
