The Farm to Vine Series – A Tour de France Wine-Pairing Dinner at the Inn at Hastings Park
The lavish spread that will await you at our Farm to Vine Series – A Tour de France culinary experience will be one for the ages. The heart of the event is a five-course gourmet pairing dinner featuring exquisite dishes from Chef Alissa Tsukakoshi that’ll be incorporating fresh, top-quality seafood from Wulf’s Fish.
Each course comes with its own regional French wine courtesy of Classic Wine Imports. Taste your way through some of the world’s most fabled viticultural regions and terroirs while you savor the wonderful flavors and gorgeous platings Chef Alissa has planned.
Depending on availability, the menu offerings may include such dishes as Loch Duart Salmon Ballotine with Salmon Roe Vinaigrette, paired with a Villebois Pouilly Fume, and Pan Seared Halibut with Broccoli Rabe and Caper Butter, served alongside Cave le Lugny “Cour de Charmes” Macon.
From the first-course oysters to the Poached Pear Tart with Seaweed Crust and Frangipane providing the big-finish dessert, this is a meal to remember, enhanced by utterly superb French grape.
